Hygienic Pipework
Our speciality is installing hygienic stainless steel pipework. This may be for process lines, clean steam or high pressure pneumatics. Whatever the applications our systems of work are stringent in order to maintain very high standards. We have invested money in the purchase of an Orbital welder, an orbital GF cutter and several inverter TIG welders. We have continually ongoing work with both pharmaceutical and brewery customers.
Air Conditioning
We offer an air conditioning service to suit most applications from simple DX cooling to more complex VRV systems. All systems are installed in compliance with part F Building Regs with the provision for fresh air where necessary.
Commercial Plumbing and Heating
We have extensive experience in fitting out commercial hot and cold water services in both public and private sectors always fitted to a high standard. Many of our installations now use overhead radiant panels which prove to be very effective. However, we can also offer installation of underfloor heating systems.
Chilled Water
We have now fitted 100s of chilled water system for virtually any application you can think of. These systems are installed in a variety of materials from ABS to steel. However, we have installed a considerable number of systems using thin walled stainless steel. This offers several advantages over say mild steel: Usually we find that stainless steel installations show about 10% cost saving against mild steel: Stainless steel is considerably lighter than say schedule 40 steel pipe, which may be important where weight is an issue: Where the pipe doesn't require insulating then stainless steel is aesthetically superior.
Heating
We install heating systems in both screwed and welded steel. Typically these are for Air Handling Units and/or Fan Coil Units. We also offer boiler house installations and refurbishments.
Bespoke Equipment
ADMS will endeavour to meet all our clients requirements and consequently have manufactured bespoke pieces of equipment such as; pump skids for various cooling applications; steam heated heat exchanger skids to maintain process line temperatures. And if we can't make it we probably know someone who can!
